Napster May Not be Free Anymore, But This Stuff Is
By Mike Robbins
The only book I ever read when I was a kid was called How to Get Free Stuff in the Mail. I sent away for everything: toothbrushes, team pennants, pens, coffee cups and coasters. You name it and I mailed away for it.
Well, anyone can get all those free things and more on the Internet nowadays. From things for the computer, to magazines and T-shirts, the Internet has a plethora of free stuff just asking to be given out. The best part is that there's usually no postage involved and it's free!
www.thefreesite.com/
Here you can find free computer wallpaper (i.your background), screensavers, sounds, fonts, online games, chatting devices, magazines and free samples to be sent in the mail.
www.thingamabob.com/
This site gives you the chance to get household products, magazines, catalogs, food items and more. And yes, I did say food items.
www.cyberrebate.com
This one's a little different, but just as powerful. It sells many different types of products from air purifiers and sports equipment to telephones and those annoying scooters. The site usually gives you the chance to get most or all of your money back via a rebate ó hence the name of the site.
www.freestuffcenter.com/
Similar to the first site listed, this one has quite a bit of computer oriented freebies. It also has an equal amount of free magazines and catalogs to order, coupons to clip, books to read and contests to enter.
www.onebox.com
With OneBox, you don't get the same types of free things like these other sites. With this site, you can get a voice mailbox, e-mail account and fax number for free.

http://www.allfreesites.com/
These sites are a mix of all of the above sites. It ranges from money off of certain items, to contests and other freebie sites including how to make money off the Web.
So if you're in search of anything free on the Internet, check out these sites. Through them, you'll find many more freebie sites, of course, but please, beware of the pop up ads. Unfortunately, that's the only downside to reaping the benefits of all the free stuff on the Web.
